The last 36 hours have visited more downtime at this site than uptime (by a bunch). As long as it has happened, readers are invited to post comments about their own experiences with such events. Also, since there are many other tasks that need attention and this week’s traffic has been seriously reduced, this site may be less active than usual the remainder of the week as those tasks are attended to in an effort to make the most of a bad week. That would be with the exception of some blogging obligations that cannot be neglected.

If you are a blogger who has tracked back to this blog for the Open Trackback, you may need to do it over again due to the downtime. Some new posts should be up later today.
