Of course, the result is the same and the Supreme Court has spoken on one or two measures passed in Congress. But the upside is at least Congress could muster a 2/3 majority for such things. It is the other 1/3 that bothers me. We're still researching this. But no need to research the fact that the ACLU does not protect the flag.
