The Joint Hearing on Federal, State and Local efforts to Prepare for the General 2008 Election is a little late to the party with the election almost here. But late may be better than never unless the fraudsters have their way and nothing comes of it.

Project Vote and the political operative organization known as Citizens Services Inc. are wholly owned subsidiaries of the ACORN web of organizations. There should be no distinction between crimes or alleged crimes perpetrated by personnel from Project Vote and those from ACORN.
Comments the Consumers Rights League has received from current and past ACORN employees demonstrates that command and control of ACORN’s political operations is based in its national headquarters. While many view voter registration problems in different states as a series of random events, it is important that observers not lose sight of the fact that ACORN is a giant corporation potentially responsible for massive fraud across the United States.
A careful observer will note a ten-year record of voter registration fraud that spans the contiguous United States. Ten years and five election cycles is not a series of mistakes; it is a pattern.
Ten years ago, an Arkansas contractor hired by ACORN’s non-profit affiliate Project Vote was arrested for falsifying hundreds of voter registration cards. In the last few election cycles the problem has spiked dramatically.
. In 2003, ACORN employees in Missouri turned in more than a thousand suspicious voter registration cards, with one woman saying a card was turned in under the name of her infant.
. Following Colorado’s 2004 election, two ex-ACORN employees were convicted of perjury for submitting false voter registration forms6; one ex-ACORN employee admitted to registering her friends 40 times.
. In 2004, police arrested a former ACORN employee who had more than 300 completed voter registration cards in the trunk of his car, many of which had not been turned in within the legal time limit.
. In 2005, Virginia authorities found that of a sample of Project Votegathered registrations, 83% were rejected for using false or questionable information.
. In 2007, King County, Washington officials announced the indictment of seven workers ACORN had hired to register voters, calling the episode the “worst case of voter registration fraud in the history of the state.”10 At least three of those individuals have pleaded guilty and ACORN was forced to pay a $25,000 settlement.
. In April 2008, federal prosecutors announced guilty pleas for federal election fraud by eight former ACORN employees in Missouri, based on their activities in the 2006 election. They submitted false addresses and names, as well as forged signatures. At least one former ACORN employee was sentenced to 15 months in prison.
For those of you who do not believe Barack Obama is guilty of anything it is time you woke up and smelled the coffee. Open your eyes and look around. The evidence is all around you. Certainly you are smart enough to connect the dots on Mr Community Organizer, aka ACORN accomplice, who also conspired with William Ayers to rip off over 100 million with the Annenberg project in Chicago. There is also the campaign fundraising courtesy of Tony Rezko and lesser known associates to both the Obama and Biden campaigns. What trouble would anyone have seeing this for what it is…….the commission of a massive fraud with ties to Barack Obama.

This is what has been scaring the shit out of for the last 6mos or so.
Record registrations throughout the priaries and being bussed as intimidation/false representation squads to caucuses. These people are trying to pull off a coup’.
How many toss-up states can be altered by actions ACORN and it’s many affiliates.
It’s enough to make a devout aethiest…pray it does’nt happen!

I should have noted in the post that the link at the top to ‘ Committee on the Judiciary Hearing Information’ provides a video webcast of the hearing. In the first 10 minutes you get to view the litany of ACORN voter fraud over the years as catalogued by law enforcement. After that you need serious committment as the hearing is over four hours.

I don’t get it. This mans claim to fame is community organizer and none of the media is asking the questions. Obama’s organizing has been done with a fraudulent organization full of corruption like Acorn. his other organization was don with William Ayers a Terrorist. Was his other “organization done with his Pastor of twenty years who believes and preaches LIBERATION THEOLOGY,????(Which is no more than a combination of Socialism. Communism and Christianity…) WAKE UP >>> THIS MAN IS NOT READY TO BE PRESIDENT OF ANYTHING>

The MSM is what it is. The only place sounding the alarm on the dangers of Barack Obama’s history and affiliations is the blogosphere and other internet sources. We are largely dismissed as right wing nuts by those supporting the fairy tale that is Obama. And the fairy tale description was courtesy of former President Bill Clinton who now publicly states he will do what he is asked to support Barack Obama to cling to the small chance he and his wife can cling to some political power in what is left of their careers.
Pay attention to the Dems, their connections to the subprime mortgage meltdown and their desire to keep it going and obtain political cover by passing the 700 billion scam on taxpayers.
