Paying Harry Reid is Pork Barrel Spending
Legal or illegal, here is patriotic Harry Reid’s Spanish version press release for those of you whose first language is not English. And if you wish to complain about this fact being brought up, consider this. Why did Harry Reid choose to only provide a Spanish version for those who don’t speak English. Why not all the other languages spoken by people in the United States?
Anyway, thanks to Yahoo’s version of Babel Fish for the Spanish to English translation. However, most of these digital translations due a raw conversion. Most phrases are backwards in the destination language. Read it twice or slowly and you’ll get it.
Hey Harry, it is hoped that you are fluent in Spanish. Because it would be wasteful to use public funds to pay someone to translate your useless, self-serving, politically motivated press releases. But then wait, public funds pay your salary. So either way it is a waste of public money. Maybe the GAO will see this post. One can only hope.

Reid: On immigration project, the republicans continue obstructing
Thursday, June 7, 2007
WASHINGTON, D.C. — the Leader of most of the Senate Harry Reid today made the following declarations after which the republicans voted against finalizing the debate of the project of law of immigration reform: “extremely I am disappointed of which many of our republican colleagues have blocked a migratory reform hard, joust and practice. The White House has been six days old to work with the republicans of the Senate towards a solution, but it did not show the leadership necessary to approve this project of law. “the democrats of the Senate we have given to the republicans of the Senate time them to very well amend this project of law, extending the term of the debate twice.
We have done the unspeakable thing so that this process is right and equitable, voting on more than 40 amendments - including only 20 in the day of yesterday. But in spite of all their words on the importance and the urgency of a migratory reform, a group of republican senators irresponsibly gave the back him to the border security and to the 12 million people who live in the shades of our society. The immigration system remains broken. The republicans of the Senate and the White House must seat in the table of good faith if he is that there are to fix it.
