Romney Courts Christian Right
Much has been said about Mitt Romney. Too much has been said about his Mormon faith. In a land where you are free to choose your religion, it should not dominate the conversation. Changing his mind on positions has also led to much criticism. Maybe on some issues, reevaluating is reasonable. Certainly, no anti-war protester would call the President a flip-flopper if he changed his mind on the war.
Romney is competing well against the others. Some say he had the best overall performance at the first GOP debate. And just when you thought it might be getting dull, they claim he is courting the religious right. Nothing like facing the challenge head on. If this goes over well, it may indicate their is not much difference between religions after all.
