Collins, Snowe and Specter voted YEA. The YEA vote was 61. Do the math on a vote requiring 3/5 to pass. Any two of these three RINOs voting NO would have changed the outcome to 59 YEAs and 38 NAYs.
Noteworthy is Cornyn not voting. Gregg is a question mark but suspicion circulates.
The GOP needs a come to Jesus meeting.
