Senator Hillary Clinton and Impeachment
It just doesn’t get any better than this. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (HRC) has the audacity to dictate what other candidates can and cannot talk about in the campaign. Hillary, you reaped the benefits of being in the Whitehouse for two Presidential terms and now you expect people to limit the discussion on that legacy. Like the Miller High Life man says in one of their recent ads, ” y’all must be crazy.” And we’re not talking about a burger for $11.50. No, no, no Hillary, this may cost you way more than $11.50. But then you found no problem with demanding Barack Obama should part with a million because Geffen said things you don’t like. Didn’t anyone tell you there would be things said during a campaign that you don’t like?
As we said here before, how can you vote for someone with the legacy of Hillary Clinton? Maybe Hillary should have done something about what went on in the Whitehouse during President William Jefferson Clinton’s Administration. And now you don’t want people to mention the “I” word. Unfortunately for all of us, Hillary, it is part of the history of the United States. That is the kind of legacy that makes it so difficult to maintain a respectable reputation on the world stage. HRC has no problem attacking President Bush and others as well as attiributing this country’s occasional dificulty in foreign affairs to these same people. But Hillary does not wish to accept her part in bringing this to bear on national pride or honor. Shame on you Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. And to you also James Carville for what you say in the article presented below.

Clinton Fights to Keep Impeachment Taboo
After Spat, Campaigns Know to Expect Swift Reprisal for Any Hint of the Scandal

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton has a new commandment for the 2008 presidential field: Thou shalt not mention anything related to the impeachment of her husband.
With a swift response to attacks from a former supporter last week, advisers to the New York Democrat offered a glimpse of their strategy for handling one of the most awkward chapters of her biography. They declared her husband’s impeachment in 1998 — or, more accurately, the embarrassing personal behavior that led to it — taboo, putting her rivals on notice and all but daring other Democrats to mention the ordeal again.

Typical liberal avoidance. I am so disgusted by their inability to tolerate anything that may show that they are wrong. Yet they claim that they are the tolerant ones!!! Then they would fight to the death for their freedom of speech, while all the time limiting ours!!
I was part of a forum discussing cats that suddenly became about politics when one looney came in screaming and yelling obscenites about Bush. I told the truth about the lies she told…. guess who got banned from the board??
Hard to believe that it is just not the politicians who believe this stuff. The “regular” people have been sucked into to. Makes me sick.

8 years in the Whitehouse and six years in the Senate plus Whitewater, Vince Foster and all the rest and some people still don’t get it. I’ll give Bill and Hillary credit for surviving politically after all the nasty deeds. But I give no credit to people who still support them.
